About Us

Abundant Life Counseling in Broken Arrow, OK offers individual, family, and couples therapy and counseling services. Kristi Spence is the owner of and clinician at Abundant Life Counseling. 

We offer individual, couple, and family therapy for children, adolescents and adults. We offer weekend, evening, in-person, and virtual therapy appointments. Our passion is to help people have healthy relationships and grow in truth, peace, and love. 

Our Mission

The name of Abundant Life Counseling is derived from John 10:10, in which Jesus says, "The thief comes only to kill, steal, and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly." 

The mission of Abundant Life Counseling is to glorify God by helping people in the community to have better relationships with their spouses, families, and selves, and mostly important to God. I believe that God is Mighty Counselor, Prince of Peace, and Healer. He alone can change lives and heal people. I am blessed to be able to walk with the people who step into my office, and share their burdens and hopefully help them find the hope and healing in Christ. 

I will work with clients of all religions and backgrounds. My overall aim is to strive for excellency, authenticity, honesty, and compassion.
