Infertility and miscarriage can carry a deep, often invisible grief. Many women find themselves feeling isolated, misunderstood, or unsure where their grief is allowed to exist — especially when others expect them to “move on” or stay hopeful.
This in-person therapy group is for women navigating infertility or miscarriage who are looking for a supportive, compassionate space to process grief and connect with others who truly understand. The focus of the group is on reducing isolation, honoring your experience, and making space for emotions that may feel difficult to hold alone.
The group will be small and intentionally paced, allowing time for sharing, reflection, and gentle support in a safe and respectful environment. You do not need to have the “right words” or know exactly what you want to work on — simply showing up is enough.
This group may be a good fit if you:
Are experiencing infertility or have had a miscarriage
Feel alone or emotionally disconnected from others
Carry grief that feels unseen or hard to talk about
Want support without pressure to “fix” or move on
Prefer an in-person, small-group setting
