When you find yourselves having the same arguments with no resolution, struggling to rebuild after infidelity, or feeling stuck in a pattern of disconnection and low intimacy, it’s easy to wonder if your relationship should really be this hard. Most couples reach out after months or even years of distress — but that doesn’t mean hope is gone. If both partners are still willing to show up and try, there is real opportunity for change.
I’ve helped couples move through the pain of infidelity, rebuild trust, deepen emotional and sexual intimacy, improve communication, lower conflict, and even return from the brink of divorce. With commitment and effort, it’s possible for your relationship to become stronger and more fulfilling than you imagined.
My role is to guide you in identifying what needs to shift, support each of you in your healing, and help repair the wounds that have formed over time. I’m here both to validate and to challenge — always in service of the relationship as a whole. I am for the couple, and I will support each partner while also encouraging accountability and growth.
If you’re both willing to put in the work, I’m ready to help you move toward a healthier, more connected relationship.
There are some couples who are past the point of wanting to try to mend their relationship and are simply ready to amicably part ways. I can help with that stage as well--with co-parenting, communication, and setting boundaries moving forward.
I also offer pre-marital therapy for couples who are wanting to work through issues before they tie the knot, or for couples who are wanting to identify and talk about potential issues. If you attend 6 sessions of pre-marital therapy, you can get a discount on your marriage license! For pre-marital therapy, I have couples take an optional PREPARE/ENRICH assessment that will identify your strengths and growth areas as a couple.
Hope is not lost. Contact me today if you'd like to set up a free consultation!
