Infertility and pregnancy loss group
This group is for women of all ages and stages who are struggling with infertility and/or pregnancy loss. Whether you already have children or not, you are welcome here. This group exists to create a sense of community so that you do not feel as those your reproductive trauma is invisible. In this group we will cover reproductive stories, coping skills, and creating meaning from loss and grief. We will also have moments of optional sharing.
The cost of this group is $30 per session.
This group is currently virtual, held on Monday evenings. There is an ongoing waitlist for this group. If you'd like to participate in the group, please complete a contact form. I will place you on the wait list and let you know when a new group begins. A new group will begin when there are enough participants.
Postpartum depression and anxiety group
Postpartum depression and anxiety group
This group is for women of all ages and stages who are experience postpartum depression and/or anxiety. Many women who struggle with postpartum mood disorders do not get the help they need or want. These women feel invisible and left alone in their most vulnerable time. In this group, we will create a sense of community, and we will discuss coping skills, techniques for addressing uncomfortable thoughts and emotions, and how to develop a support system and ask for help. There will also be time for optional sharing.
