When life feels overwhelming — when anxious, depressed, or intrusive thoughts take over, when shame or anger feels unmanageable, and when you can’t see a way forward — it’s easy to lose hope. Suffering is a universal part of being human. It’s not a matter of if, but when.
And in those moments, you don’t have to face it alone.
I’m here to meet you with compassion and zero judgment, and to help you regain a sense of control and direction. I want to help you reconnect with who you are, break out of painful patterns, and make sense of what you’re going through. Your story matters, and together we can work toward clarity, confidence, and healing.
My therapeutic style blends evidence-based approaches with an understanding of your personality, strengths, and goals. Sometimes you may need a gentle, supportive presence; sometimes you may benefit from more direct guidance. My role is to walk alongside you as a steady guide — offering expertise, insight, and encouragement while you build the lasting change you want.
The main models I use in individual therapy are EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I am also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-i).
Please contact me by email or phone if you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment.
